Tonight’s tool from her Healing Toolbox

Giving it to God

Sometimes the beauty of our struggles is realizing how dependent we are on Him. Giving it to God isn’t only handing it over—it’s asking for help and wrestling together. Weaknesses show us where we need God.

Step by step

  1. Name the struggle you cannot handle alone tonight.
  2. Ask Heavenly Father for help with the problem—stay with Him in it rather than dropping it and running.
  3. Write what help, comfort, or next step you sense.
  4. Then choose one toolbox practice (oils, letter, tapping, breathwork) as your single next action—no comparison with anyone else’s timeline.
