Tonight’s tool from her Healing Toolbox
Letters to Loved Ones Who Passed On
Writing to Mayzie helped Krissy thank God for how she mothered her, hold both deepest pain and deepest joy, and ask her daughter to stay close and teach her.
Step by step
- Sit quietly with your dedicated journal.
- Write what you love, what you miss, and gratitude for the time you had.
- Allow yourself to see them receiving your words.
- End the letter, then write any feelings or insights that come back—including hope of reunion through Christ.
